Crescent Lake Light House – Shawn Campbell

As Ken Rockwell says, “in order to get the shot, a photographer has to be there when everyone else is asleep or eating”. This is very true. In order to catch the morning Golden Hour for this image I had to be staying on-site, and I had to wake up at 5:30am. That’s tough to do after a few late evenings in the parks. What amazed me this morning was how busy the Epcot Resort Area was at that time. I thought I’d be alone. Wrong! Nonetheless, I have long wanted to capture a worthy image of the Crescent Lake Light House, and I really like the light in this image.
