Castle

Castle elevated view – Garry Rollins

Everyone who ever visits the Magic Kingdom cannot leave without a picture of Cinderella Castle. One of the most famous architectural icons in all of America there are millions of photos taken yearly. In my constant struggle to find a different angle I hopped aboard the double decker bus for a trip from Town Square. The antique bus only runs the first hour of the day when the park is less crowded. This photo is taken from the upper level about 16’ higher than the typical street level perspective. (My appreciation to CM Sarah for her cooperation with stopping the bus).

This photo was shot at 1/180 second at ISO 100 and f / 9.5. It was taken on a Canon 5DII with the EF24-105 L. Only minor adjustments were made in Lightroom – mostly lens perspective adjustments.
