Epcot Flower & Garden Festival – Shawn Campbell

Epcot is always a lovely park to photograph, even more so in the pink and yellow light of twilight. Couple that with the vibrant colors during the Flower and Garden Festival and catch a Monorail in the action, and you’ve really got the makings of a nice image! Flickr – Facebook – Google+ – Website

Sunset Monorail – Miles Bresin

Let us head back to EPCOT. These types of shots take a fair amount of patience. I had to sit and wait for an opportune moment for this monorail to hit the mark I wanted it to hit. On top of the fact that I really wanted Monorail Red in the photo. Monorail Red tends […]

Reflections Of Monorail Red

A Sunset Ride – Mike Billick

Today we travel to EPCOT which is one of my most favorite places to capture the Walt Disney World Monorail System. What I love about this shot is that your able to get the whole monorail in with some really great water reflections. To top that off, you have an awesome sunset causing some really […]

Still Motion – Judd Helms

I wanted to experiment on my last trip using an ND filter during the day.  I bought a 10 stop to hopefully get a few days that would allow me to capture some cloud movement.  Luckily one afternoon gave me the setting I was after.  Windy with blue skies and nice moving white clouds.  This […]

Monorail Blue at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival – Cliff Wang

I have always been fascinated by the Walt Disney World Monorail System. It is customary that every time I see one go by, I turn and take a shot of it. I was photographing the water and the planters when out of the corner of my eye, I saw the monorail approaching. I quickly got […]

Disneyland Monorail – Leo deCandia

I visited Disneyland for the first time this past December…this was an exciting trip because it was an entirely new adventure for my wife & I. I luv the monorail at Walt Disney World and once I saw Disneyland’s monorail, I knew I’d enjoy photographing this one as well! The Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage area provided […]

Monorail Launch! – Judd Helms

I can remember that my dad was always amazed by the monorail.  It seems that it was the one thing that he really enjoyed seeing or hearing about.  I feel that has carried over to the way I feel about it.  I love riding it, watching it pull up and watching it from a distance. […]

Highway in the Sky – Judd Helms

This day was for exploring with my fisheye.  I wanted to experiment with Spaceship Earth and the Monorail.  I found this spot close to the entrance off to the right.  I liked the way that both objects were involved pretty close but not overlapping.  I was also happy to have some clouds that add a […]

Imagination

Imagination – Mike Christoferson

Here is another image from my enjoyable and successful trip for Photomagic 2013. This image is more special due to the circumstances than any great composition or technique. The sun was setting over Epcot and the clouds were rolling in to provide a beautiful backdrop for any image. Slowing but surely a group of Photomagic […]

Matterhorn Mountain – Leo deCandia

The Matterhorn mountain looks very tall, but it makes use of the technique of forced perspective. As I stopped to photograph the mountain from this angle, I figured that if I waited long enough, the monorail would eventually pass and give this photo that one last addition that it needs.  The evergreen trees help frame […]
