Zombie dancers twirl down Main street ~Joanie Eddis-Koch
The nice thing about Disney’s domesticated Zombies is that they prefer to just dance right by you rather than tearing you limb from limb… These Zombies move deceptively fast so capturing them in these low light conditions requires a fast shutter speed. For this shot I used a shutter speed of 1/160 of a second but I probably should have been a little faster just to be on the safe side. The ISO was 8000 and the focal length was 32 mm on my 24-70mm lens. The f stop was wide open at 2.8 and the metering mode was on spot primarily to make sure that the faces of the undead were exposed properly. The lighting conditions during this parade are all over the place so I had the camera set to Auto ISO to try and compensate for that.
