Zoom buggies

One late night in the Haunted Mansion, I managed to find a quiet enough moment to set a tripod in the back corner of the queue and take a nice, long 30-second exposure, giving a nice ghostly zoom effect to the Doom Buggies moving by. If I were to try this shot again, I would definitely let the cast members know first – they were a little concerned about what this strange guy was doing in the back by himself and another CM came out from a hidden door and checked in on me. She was very nice but I definitely got the impression that it would be for the best if I moved along! I apologized to the on-stage CMs and hopped on the ride before getting a couple other shots that I had in mind. “If you lag behind, you may not need to volunteer!”
